About Alex Lee

I’m Alex Lee Schwartz, a lifelong explorer—of places, languages, and the human spirit. I have a deep love for traditional teas, pancakes, playing guitar, hiking, and spending time with my beloved golden retriever, Sam (pic below).

Professionally, I’ve led in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, serving as a Sales Manager at a top 5000 fastest-growing company and co-founding a six-figure coaching business.

My passion lies in guiding others to deeper awareness, transformation, and alignment in their lives. When I was doing high-ticket coaching, I found that the most transformative parts were from Breathwork & the Gene Keys. Even after months of other deep dives, these are what stood out! So I thought, what if I only did what I know is most effective? Well, that’s what I am doing now.

So here we are! Let’s breathe and explore the Keys with Alex Lee.

Relationships I Cherish

For me, I’ve come to realize that quality of my life is directly tied to the quality of my relationships.

My wife, Deagan. She is so many things but above all she is my best friend. Together we’ve travelled the world, took care of dying family members, had a ton of fun and survived some pretty crazy stuff (I’ll tell ya later). Together, we co-facilitate breathwork events.

My Mentors, Teachers and Coaches. Philip Moore, Julian Guderley, Katja Wallisch, George Ramsay, Ally Maz, Aimee Johnson, Jeff Carreira, Thomas Duchin, Taylor Johnson, Swami Chidananda, Peter Tongue & Richard Rudd to name but a few…

Spirit & The Wild. We are living at an incredible time for humanity. Mother Earth and Father Sky are offering us guidance and peace at all times. All we need to do is reconnect with our relationship to Source.

A bit more about me

My travels have taken me across 24 U.S. states and countries including Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Nepal, India, Panama, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland, each journey shaping my perspective and expanding my heart.

"The only thing we know is that we know nothing.”

"We often suffer more in imagination than in reality.”

”We do not suffer from a lack of time, but a lack of direction.”
