    This practice puts in a state of consciousness where our internal dialogue is temporarily silenced. When we do this, we get clarity for ideas to come forth, new perspectives and inspiration to break through.

  • Let go of Bullsh*t.

    Just a few sessions can feel like years worth of talk therapy. Deagan & Alex create a space where any and all emotions are welcome. This is a time to let go of what is no longer yours to carry.

  • Step Up your Game.

    Let me be frank- the planet needs more people (like you!) to go inward and confront whats holding us back. If we want a world where there are great parents, teachers, leaders, etc. then we we need to be the example.

Logistics

Your Guides: Alex & Deagan are certified Breathwork Facilitators. Together they host online and in-person transformational breathing experiences.

What You’ll Need: A place to lay down, a blanket, and headphones or a speaker. Pillow and eye mask are encouraged but not necessary.

Timeframe: 1-hour

Safety Note: This is not a suitable practice if you’re pregnant or have severe heart conditions. It’s not advisable to consume alcohol beforehand. Do not do this while driving!
